You may be wondering what it’s like to live with a starling. It’s definitely rewarding. Sometimes frustrating. And always comical! Starlings are intelligent, active, and inquisitive birds. And Moby is no exception.

Our story with Moby began on the West Coast of the United States. My husband, Tony, and I were on a much needed vacation, part of which involved visiting his son in California and then touring the Oregon coast. The weather was warm and dry, and sunny every day. Much different from the cold and wet spring that we had left behind in New York.
